this is the plaza where Grandpa/Vernon held his first street meeting in Brazil. He could not speak any Portuguese but his senior companion translated for him.
We visited the plaza and the cathedral on the 4th after our picnic in the cafeteria

This whole mission must be such a full circle experience for you Dad, I'm so glad your prayers were answered and your health improved such that this long held desire to return and serve in Brazil has come to fruition. Dave and I talk often about planning our retirement out so that we can do as you two are, and return to his mission in Switerland to serve someday.
We love you both very much!
